How to choose QUICKBOOKS online version
The different QuickBooks Web Edition types determine how many users can be online at the same time. The type of user and the number of users you can have depends on the QuickBooks Online plan.
- EasyStart version: There is only one user but can authorize two other accountants to participate in the use
- Essentials version: can use 3 users and can authorize two other accounting firms to participate in the use
- Plus version: can use 5 users and can authorize two other accounting firms to participate in the use
