The different types of QuickBooks Online determine how many users can use it online at the same time. The type of user and the number of users you can have depends on the QuickBooks Online plan.

• EasyStart Version:  There is only one user but two other accountants can be authorized to use it
• Essentials version:  Can use 3 users and can authorize two other accounting firms to participate in the use
• Plus version:  Can use 5 users and can authorize two other accounting firms to participate in the use
