Determination of tax resident/non-tax resident status

Tax status determination is a service that helps you figure out your tax status.
The process is simple: just send us some basic information about your situation and we'll take care of the rest. In most cases, we can get a response from the CRA within 6-12 weeks.

Q: What information should I prepare?

Answer: The lawyer’s Title transfer document PDF, the latest year’s local tax bill PDF, the usage situation throughout 2022, and the proportion of other immediate family members in Canada who hold the property.

Q: How long does it take to process?

Answer: Follow the process to place an order online. You will receive our information collection email, in which you can submit the corresponding information. After receiving the information, we will handle your problem on a first-in, first-out basis. The current processing time is 1-2 days.
