Q: What information should I prepare?
Answer: The lawyer’s Title transfer document PDF, the latest year’s local tax bill PDF, the usage situation throughout 2022, and the proportion of other immediate family members in Canada who hold the property.
Q: How long does it take to process?
Answer: Follow the process to place an order online. You will receive our information collection email, in which you can submit the corresponding information. After receiving the information, we will handle your problem on a first-in, first-out basis. The current processing time is 1-2 days.
Q: How do I know my UHT declaration has been processed?
Answer: For every declaration we process, a confirmation notification from the government will be sent to your email address by email.
Q: I live in Canada and my house is not vacant. Do I need to declare it?
Answer: If you are not a PR or citizen of Canada, there are reporting requirements regardless of whether the house is vacant or not.
